OUR STORY. OUR MISSION
The Beginning
Dr. Zach started Unlimited Performance in 2020 both as a single father and during what was certainly a difficult time for many of us, but he saw the vision and got to work.
The Start of Unlimited Performance
He met his now business partner and love of his life, Marybeth Longona, in early 2022, and it was love at first sight for them both. They share a passion for guiding and empowering young athletes. Their primary goal is to instill confidence and self-belief in each student who walks through the doors of Unlimited Performance.
Built for Family, Rooted in Purpose
Alongside their son Ryder, they devote themselves wholeheartedly to creating a nurturing environment where individuals of all ages can flourish. Unlimited Performance has evolved into a bespoke training and wellness center catering to the needs of the entire family, with a commitment to treating all clients like cherished members of their own family.

Dr. Zach Goldstein
Physical Therapist • Personal Trainer
Read Dr. Zach's Story
Founder: 2020
Dr. Zach cheered in high school but became serious about the sport when he joined the championship-caliber University of Delaware cheer program. There, he had the privilege of training with some of the most talented coaches and athletes in the history of collegiate cheer. He then worked as a health and fitness counselor while coaching All-Star cheer as he traveled the world on the NBA’s “Fan Patrol.” After joining the U.S. Peace Corps, he was struck by a car abroad and returned home to heal. During that time, his passion for Physical Therapy ignited, and he graduated from the #1 ranked University of Delaware Physical Therapy program. He understood that cheer required its own sport-specific training and rehabilitation, so he studied and developed cheerleading-specific rehab protocols and training interventions to keep up with the sport’s increasing physical and mental demands.
Marybeth Goldstein
Director of Operations
Read Marybeth's Story
Director of Operations since 2022
Marybeth had a passion for sports and fitness since her youth and began by starting All-Star cheerleading early on. Her small high school did not offer team sports, so she organized a co-ed competitive cheer team for the school. She then spent several years teaching cheer camps, power tumbling, and choreography across the country. She worked as an instructor for the Philadelphia Eagles Junior Performance team that performed during NFL pregame and halftime shows. Marybeth spent several years volunteering for and on the board of nonprofits to help underprivileged children internationally and continues to make this work a priority. Upon meeting Dr. Zach, she saw that Unlimited Performance’s philosophy of the proper teaching of biomechanics and positive self-belief aligned with her own beliefs. It’s her mission to set young athletes up with life skills that they can tap into to achieve any goal.
