Tuck and Up
Back Tuck and Up will drill and condition athletes to complete the back tuck, back layout or back twisting. Athletes will work techniques to increase power and speed in the handspring, as well as rotation and control in the tuck, layout or twisting skill. This intensive is great for athletes looking to obtain or improve back tumbling skills beyond the back handspring.
*Requirements: Athletes MUST have a Standing Back Handspring with Rebound. Athletes will be coached according to technique performance. Athletes must be age 7+.
Jumps/Flyer Flex
Great for allstar, recreation and sideline cheerleaders looking to improve jumps and gain stunting experience. Athletes are not required to be a team flyer. All stunt positions welcome.
Back Handspring Intensive
Back Handspring Intensive will drill shape, strength and technique necessary to complete the back handspring. This intensive is great for any athlete looking to obtain or perfect their back handspring or back handspring series.
*Requirements: Athletes MUST have a minimum 2 second hold handstand. Athletes must be age 7+.
Tumbling Fundamentals
Fundamentals will to introduce athletes to the basic elements of tumbling. This intensive will drill body position, strength and technique necessary for all tumbling progression. Fundamentals is ideal for beginner to intermediate athletes looking to obtain or improve the Handstand, Cartwheel, Walkover or Handspring.
*Requirements: Athletes MUST be age 7+.
