Our sports performance training program is tailored for youth athletes aiming to enhance their skills in specific sports. We focus on sport-specific drills, strength training, and injury prevention.
First Time
One-on-One
Assessment
Come in for a one-on-one fitness evaluation. We will take this full 50 minute session to get to know you, your goals, and your starting point. You will leave this evaluation with a very clear fitness plan of how we are going to get you to your goals. Your fitness plan may include personal training sessions, small group personal training sessions, a plan of what you could be doing on your own between visits, or all of the above. You can have confidence that we will fully listen and learn about you while evaluating you to make sure all of your goals and challenges are fully addressed within your fitness plan.
