One-on-One Athlete Development

Tumbling and/or Flyer Training

Our athlete development seesions are designed especially for you and your individual needs and goals. This will include a training program that is designed to improve your tumbling, acro or flyer skills. 

Sport Specific Development

We work one-on-one with your athlete to develop the specific strength and movement patterns necessary to compete at their highest ability.

Mental Blocks

Mental BLocks are not something that an athlete needs to just “get over”.  They are real and need to be treated as such.  We have research based processes that we use to help your athlete conceptualize their skills differently.

 

 

First Time

One-on-One

Assessment

Come in for a one-on-one athlete evaluation.  We will take this full 50 minute session to get to know you, your goals, and your starting point.  You will leave this evaluation with a very clear plan of how we are going to help you reach those goals.  Your plan may include one-on-one sessions, small group training sessions, a home training program, or all of the above. You can have confidence that we will fully listen and learn about you to make sure all of your objectives and challenges are fully addressed within your plan.
